Speaking event & AAPI shelf at P.S. 94Q
Madeleine was invited to speak at P.S. 94Q for World Read Aloud Day. She also collaborated with them to create AAPI shelf/bins as she continues to increase the reach of AAPI Stories for Kids initiative.
Speaking event at P.S. 2
Madeleine loved speaking to the 170 kids at P.S. 2 to share her writing journey and promote the benefits of reading. We also donated 700 books to the school.​
Speaking event at P.S. 13Q
Madeleine had a rewarding experience speaking in front of 100 kids. The kids were so eager to hear what she presented. We also donated 535 books to the school.​
AAPI Book List at Shelter Rock Library
Another win for AAPI Stories for Kids! We collaborated with Shelter Rock Library to create an AAPI book list for their readers.
